The Capability Network .CN. practice is an integral part of ACN and is a strategic initiative which has pioneered the use of a distributed consulting model to serve Accenture Management Consulting globally. In just four years CN has grown aggressively from startup to 1200+ consultants today providing a range of domain and industry expertise. CN Strategy is a 50+ team of deep-skilled strategy practitioners who work across industries in engagements requiring strategic assessments business planning operating model design and implementation and pre- and post-merger analysis and support. The practice has been mandated to establish a dedicated Client Value Lab .CVL. Hub in India. A CVL identifies client-specific value creation opportunities through an integrated analysis of industry trends financial statements competitive benchmarking and positioning and macro-economic scenarios.
